We have been renting the house for the past 15 months and will been heading back to the USA Mid-Sept for itineration that will keep us gone for 12-24 months. We are willing to leave some furniture, refrigerator, American washer and dryer for the use by the next occupants while we are gone if so desired.
The Price is $650/month plus Utilities and Internet.
I believe it is about 1,100 square feet. It has an external staircase for an entrance. Downstairs (on 2nd floor of house) there is an entry-hall, there are Two-full bathrooms (though one is quite compact :)), three bedrooms, & a hall/dinning area. Upstairs (on the 3rd floor of the house) there is a good sized kitchen (we built last summer for around 4.5K USD) and a great-room.
